The Ivor House Photoshoot by Muse Developments
The Muse Developments photoshoot was a great way to showcase the elegance and class of Ivor House, which offers artistic heritage and outstanding architecture. By sourcing authentic props and accessories, we wanted the photoshoot to ooze style and 1920's glamour, something that reflects the character of Ivor House beautifully.
The art deco inspired interiors are complimented by the charming sophistication of the model, who emits beauty and delicacy. Brixton Centric provides a lifestyle of cosmopolitan luxury mixed with timeless style, and we wanted something that truly reflected that.

MUSE CELEBRATES RECORD EIGHT SHORTLISTED ENTRIES IN 2018 RICS AWARDS
Muse Developments is delighted to have eight entries shortlisted in this year’s Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Awards.
The schemes from across the UK beat off strong competition to secure a place at the regional finals of these prestigious awards, which showcase the most inspirational initiatives in land, property, construction and the environment.
One of the eight is London’s Lambeth town hall development, which has been shortlisted in the Building Conservation category. Driven by the council’s ambition to provide a modern, energy efficient workspace, with a focus on public access and community use, this refurbishment reinvigorated a Grade II Edwardian landmark, bringing it back to its former glory.
Regional winners will then go up against the best in the business to be named the national category winner.

BRIXTON'S BROOK HOUSE MARKS MILESTONE WITH TOPPING OUT CEREMONY
A key milestone in the creation of new homes in central Brixton, as part of Lambeth Council and Muse Developments' Your New Town Hall project, has been reached.
A 'topping out' ceremony was held at Brook House in Brixton Hill to celebrate reaching the highest point in construction.
The site was previously used for Council offices, known as Hambrook House, and was demolished to reduce Lambeth Council's core office buildings.
When completed, its replacement Brook House will provide 46 private apartments, plus ground floor of retail space. Brook House is part of the 'Your New Town Hall' scheme which will see an investment of more than £36million into developing 194 new homes, as well as a new energy-efficient civic building and refurbishment of Grade II listed Town Hall.
James Stockdale, senior development manager at Muse Developments, said: "This is a key milestone in the delivery of Brook House and the wider Your New Town Hall scheme, which is providing much-needed housing and commercial space alongside the refurbished Grade II listed Town Hall and new energy-efficient civic office.
"The project is a true partnership and we have been working closely alongside the Council to deliver this important development for Lambeth which will transform the area around the town hall into a vibrant community with new places to live, work and visit."
