Offer is based on plot 03.11 and is available on a new reservation only and subject to contract and status. Offer valid until 27.2.2023 and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The £1,250 payment for 12 months will be deducted off the final completion statement upon legal completion. Incentive is subject to lenders requirements and eligibility.
